The month starts with the Dutch Sustainable Fashion Week, followed by the well-known Textile Exchange event, and ends with the Sustainable Angle and Performance Days fairs. Let's have a look!
Dutch Fashion Week takes place from 8 to 13 October in Amsterdam with lots of workshops, pop-up experiences, fashion films, and swap parties. The program has a focus on circular textiles with an upcycling theme.
The annual Textile Exchange Conference convenes leaders from across the industry—including brands, supply chain partners, innovators, farmers, non-profits, and academics—for three days of curated, collective learning. This year's event will be held in Lisbon from October 13 to 17.
Under the theme "Shifting Landscapes," the agenda will emphasize the urgent need for our industry to adapt to changing environments. This adaptation is crucial both for mitigating risk and unlocking opportunities to transform the entire system.
Performance Days, the leading functional fabric fair, will be held in Munich from October 29 to 30.
More than just a sourcing destination for high-performance fabrics and accessories, PERFORMANCE DAYS offers a focused alternative to larger, often overwhelming trade fairs. Since 2008, this semi-annual event has been a must-attend for designers, product managers, purchasers, and material managers, providing an ideal venue for manufacturers and industry decision-makers to connect in a concentrated atmosphere.
Featured Program Highlights:

Every month we will be giving space to one of the game changer initiative, company and start up that works on creating positive impact on textile industry. This month we will be presenting Ren Collective.
